Wastewater Services Charge

TANQIA is a regulated utility company whose legal and commercial relationship with the Government of Fujairah (GoF) or any of its successors and lenders is governed by the Concession Agreement (CA). In accordance with CA, Article 11.1, TANQIA shall price its Services so that it generates sufficient revenues from its operations in each Financial Year during the Concession Period, to cover its costs incurred. Currently this Service Charge is billed through FEWA based on the water consumption and category of account of each customer.
